Tonight at 9:00 PM EST on NBC, there is a two-hour special that will highlight all of the Associated Press NFL Awards given out this season. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like D'Qwell Jackson was able to beat out Matthew Stafford for Comeback Player of the Year. Nonetheless, use this as an open thread to discuss the awards!

They just stroked Jim Brown’s ego on the show.

It was 43 and sunny here on the north coast today. Golf is almost back for me.

I dunno if this is part of it, but I just heard that Chris Carter was again snubbed for the HOF

Ravens may have some redemption.

Ok this is really random and unrelated, but I typed in “Kyrie Irving” into the Twitter feed and buckeye brad’s twitter came up. So he’s alive.
Anyway…

DQ may not have won CBPOY but he looked bad ass in his pork pie hat. #class

I thought the awards show was much more entertaining than I expected it to be. Plus, I saw the Avengers trailer for the first time and thought I caught some glimpses of the Downtown Cleveland action scenes.
Nice to see DQ prominently featured in the Comeback Player of the Year footage. The Browns I recognized in attendance were DQ, Cribbs, and [former player] Jim Brown. The only “OK, come on already…” moment might have been seeing Cam Newton basically win the same award twice.

Did you see the Costas special? That had some good moments too. I am sure they will replay it on the new NBC all sports network.
