Colt McCoy has been accurate today but has gotten in a little bit of trouble with a pair of deep balls he has thrown and been intercepted on. Nonetheless, it has been a fairly exciting game with the Cleveland Browns down 13-10 at halftime. This is the second half game thread, go Browns!!!

pumping
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Please no “first” comments.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Well he did say Fist
HenryDawg - December 26, 2010
Just logging in & on here.
Game looks under control; statwise just the interceptions stand out- no sacks?
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
Yup.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
So all is good. WE can do this.
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
I mean, Colt has looked fine other than the INTs. And he missed a TD pass. But I’m still happy with him at QB.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
D was soft against the run, decent against the past.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
*pass
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
As much as I hate to say it, I may watch some of the Broncos game just to see how Tebow does.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Someone please tell Shannon Sharpe you can’t use that shirt with a tie. He looks like a waiter/lumberjack with a jacket.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
LOL, he sure does.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
Anyone else see that ref fall on his ass on the Jets/Bears highlights?
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
I did. I was paying attention to the horrible decision by Cutler, though.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Browns on 3rd down in the first half: 5-of-6.
Chris Pokorny - December 26, 2010
Yay!
We just limit turnovers, improve the run D, and Colt needs to make the throws that we know he can make.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Our achilles heel this season.
Colt looks better on 3rd D than anyone else I’ve seen, how were the Ints? Rookie error? Bad luck?
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
I did look the play calling on the last drive of the 1st half.
burntorangeandbrown - December 26, 2010
looklike
burntorangeandbrown - December 26, 2010
Anyone smell an onside kick?
Chris Pokorny - December 26, 2010
oh yeah… but really poor execution.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
yep. the mangini haters will come out now…but that was all on dawson.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
I agree.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
None of the Mangini haters would complain about the call. Spare us your straw men. Or more accurately, you have no idea why the Mangini haters hate him.
HenryDawg - December 26, 2010
I at least know why you do. you have never liked him from the beginning and you don’t like his demeanor. such frivolous things.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
First of all, those things are not frivolous, the demeanor of your leader affects the entire team, but there are plenty of other reasons not to like him, including that fact that he is stubborn about personnel and too conservative in his game planning a lot of times, especially when playing weaker opponents.
He is not a bad coach, I just don’t think he will ever be a super bowl winning coach. I may be wrong, and I hope I am.
HenryDawg - December 27, 2010
the notion that the way a coach acts on the sideline affect the team’s play is entirely speculative.
first, how do we know this for a fact other than rumors? Second, he doesn’t have complete personnel control anyways.
How much of this is him and how much of it is Daboll? we can’t really know. It would be fair to give him at least a chance to work with a competent OC. I am inclined to believe with a competent OC, his gameplanning would be much better. I don’t know how much input he had in NY, but I believe Schotty had significant input. If we put in a Gil Haskell and the offensive gameplannign still looks conservative, then there may be a problem.
bross09 - December 27, 2010
Wow.
Chris Pokorny - December 26, 2010
In case anyone wonders, my post came a minute before the second half kickoff.
Chris Pokorny - December 26, 2010
yeah, you deserve a rec
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
FAIL
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
Jesus Christ, what a pathetic attempt at a pass rush. Sack the guy!
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
I’m really getting sick of us letting non-mobile quarterbacks run all over us.
ahowie - December 26, 2010
I hate that we can’t finish sacks.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Complete fuckery.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
GREAT!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
That was a huge bowl of fail. Way to come prepared for the 2nd half, eh.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
If we don’t get a TD now, we’re screwed.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
This is why we ran the clock before the half. Our D stinks.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
In short, we don’t think we can win the game, then.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
No, our depth on D is not such that we can weather 3 first half turnovers by the offense.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Buzz kill to start the second half.
Chris Pokorny - December 26, 2010
picking on Brown all day.
The Brown Note - December 26, 2010
Sheldon Brown is getting victimized by Grandpa Mason.
ahowie - December 26, 2010
Yeah, that onside attempt killed us. I know, “Hey, if it had worked, we’d all be cheering!” I realize that. But giving them a short field sucks.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
yes it did. If I was mangini, I would do that again because he had them off guard and 10 of the players on the field executed it well.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
Despite the last series, I like our chances better on a short field anyway.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
yes. I agree.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
Miscues. Browns football.
Synonymous.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
These announcers are just ragging on mangini with no backing.
“Ill advised Onside kick”…Well if that kick goes 2 more yards, thats a genius play. Thats all on Dawson. Aggressive call that totally caught them by surprise.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
And a drop… too many mistakes.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Way to blow your first reception, Williams.
Chris Pokorny - December 26, 2010
Ravens 44, Browns 10
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
Delhommesque there. Man, McCoy is looking like the rookie he is today.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
McCoy is just not himself today.
burntorangeandbrown - December 26, 2010
reports of flu earlier in the week
Bmadd3233 - December 26, 2010
Yes, I was wondering if that might be part of it.
burntorangeandbrown - December 26, 2010
he’s completely himself – a rookie. he’ll shake it off though.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
Yeah. It’s a learning experience.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Rachel needs to ready the pediasure and pbj's
Bmadd3233 - December 26, 2010
Not an ideal start.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
We sure are a dedicated group.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
LOL @ the orange jumpsuit guy.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
awful physique. just awful.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
He grabbed that girl and flashed his camel toe to all of America.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
McCoy and our 1st rd pick to Carolina for Andrew Luck?
TheDriveStillHurts - December 26, 2010
Flag.
Browns town - December 26, 2010
+1
emily522 - December 26, 2010
I’d do that.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Nah. dunno if Luck is guaranteed to be good enough for it to be worth it.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
No draft pick is a guarantee but Luck is considered the most NFL ready QB since Matt Ryan
HenryDawg - December 26, 2010
my point was: I don’t think its worth giving up on colt yet.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
Me either.
HenryDawg - December 27, 2010
LMAO
burntorangeandbrown - December 26, 2010
A stop on 3rd and short? No way!
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
I was shocked.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Did Cribbs fair catch that or did he just forget to run?
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Wow. Cribbs got destroyed there.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Go colt, you’re a good QB. You can do this.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
My RBs have combined to give me 5 points.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Vickers for the 1st!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Yeah vickers!
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
vWickers dominates.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
vWickers?
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
from a thread a few weeks back. nevermind.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
I got it.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
I like it when we run vWickers. Wish we did it more often.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Ouch. Watching those replays of Wright on Boldin is gut-wrenching.
Browns town - December 26, 2010
I’m not a fan of colt’s stash, i’m not gonna lie.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
9-17, 81 yards, 2 INTs… definitely looking like a rookie today.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Wish these two clowns would stop laughing
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Bring back Criqui!
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Hey. There was a 43 yard pass, golan.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
ROBISKIE!!!! Yeah!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
NOOOOOOO!!!!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
offensive PI
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
ROBOCOP!
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
Shit. C’mon robo.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
BULLSHIT
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
it was minor contact, happens on every play
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
exactly. all of a sudden the browns are doing well and the refs are calling ticky tack calls…and the announcers are on the nuts of the refs
bross09 - December 26, 2010
That was bullshit.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Yup.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
That was a BS call
Browns town - December 26, 2010
My God…
emily522 - December 26, 2010
GAAAAAY
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
Such a bullshit call on Robiskie
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
WTF, c’mon guys.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Too bad. Great throw and catch.
burntorangeandbrown - December 26, 2010
Air it out, Colt haha.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
St. Clair = 325lbs of worthless
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
Our line sucks in the second half.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
That should have freakin’ been a catch by Robiskie. 42 yard pass nulled. UGH.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Beauiful punt and coverage.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Props to Robiskie for going after the ball. If it was not the Browns he was playing for it’d have been a catch.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
On the bright side, Robiskie is starting to bring something to the table.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
I really do worry about mangini’s job. I think he’s gone.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
yeah, he’s gone after the season
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
I worry because a game like this which will be decided by things out of his control (ticky tack calls, McCoy playing like a rookie, poor execution by the WRs, McCoy, and Dawson) will decide his fate.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
Good way to put it.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
You’re right, Mangini had nothing to do with this team’s play today.
Bernie19Kosar - December 26, 2010
Colt’s rating is a 26.5. /cringe. Feel free to make up for it next week against the Steelers.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
That’s DAesque.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
and he’s still playing better than DA.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
REC! Hilarious.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
HADEN WITH ANOTHER PICK!!!!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Pick!!!!
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
HADEN!!!!
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
Haden.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
!
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
HADEN!!!!!!!!!!
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Nice hit on Flacco by… Brown?
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
What? No penalty?
bross09 - December 26, 2010
What a grey draft we had.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
*great
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Let’s kill some Ratbirds
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Bell for the first!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Taco Bell running past the border!
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
NYJ vs. CHI is a shootout.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Holes starting to show up for the offense.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
DAMMIT!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
That should be a flag.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
If they called a flag on Robo earlier, why wasn’t that? It was like the same thing!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Becase the Ravens DB knew to flop when pushed. Williams didn’t flop.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
NBA rules.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
it was actually a little bit more contact than on the offensive PI
bross09 - December 26, 2010
Hey, golan… That was a long pass.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Let me know when one goes for a completion. ;)
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Ha, I know. But he does have the ability to throw it. That throw wasn’t really off the mark.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
The deep one to Robiskie was a good one as well. Too bad about the interference call.
burntorangeandbrown - December 26, 2010
Yeah that one as well.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
eff this
Browns town - December 26, 2010
He hit his freaking arm. These announcers are pissing me off. That was PI. He swatted Robo’s arm for crying out loud.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
I don’t see how Robo’s flag was worse than Wilson cheese-gratering Williams like that.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
I think it’s 4 down football here
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
That is a disgusting stat.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
McCoy, you’re depressing me today.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Another bad throw. McCoy is having a really crappy game.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
And he started off well, too.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
1-9 on his last throws.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Colt’s shown he can leaf our team from behind. I trust him.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Maybe that’s the problem. We need him to lead, and he’s busy leafing.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
I’m not there obviously, but I don’t doubt his leadership skills.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
I don’t really care for the way this game is going. Looking like 5-11 again.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
I don’t like how I feel like we’ve given Baltimore almost all of their points gift wrapped.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
McCoy is a changed man.
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
It’s one bad game. I’m not that worried. Plus, it’s Baltimore. If this was against a team with a crappy D, then I’d be worried.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
You can do it colt. Don’t get discouraged.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
19.7 rating. /Weeps.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
I’m thinking positive, I know we can do it.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Giving up a 5 yard run on 3rd and short? You can’t win like that.
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
Let’s go D, put us back in this.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
They did with the Haden int, but we couldn’t do anything with it :/.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Another failed pass rush
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Housh is killing us.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
I really don’t care for the Eagle / Fouts combo. Annoying.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Fouts is intolerable
HenryDawg - December 26, 2010
Sent Haden to school? Normally I don’t care for announcers, but these guys are pissing me off more than Doc Emerick’s NHL coverage on NBC. Fuck these losers.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
This. They’re really irritating.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
This is my friend’s first Browns game. Sucks that it had to be this one.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
I’m really hating this game right now.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Two positives:
1. Haden still looks great.
2. Robo is emerging.
Negatives:
1. Everything else
emily522 - December 26, 2010
This CHI-NYJ game is ridiculous. All those points with 6 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Bend and then break.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Considering the number of defenders we’ll be losing to the retirement home (unless we have another Ted Wahington in the making) I’m worried about this front 7.
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
Haden! Too bad the fumble didn’t stay in bounds.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
We really need to do something, like now.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Haden had to come to tackle the QB, boy does the pass rush suck today.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
THERE’S STILL HOPE. Come on, Colt! You can do it.
Score now and we’re only down by 3.
Starting from our 5 yard line. God.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
We’d be pretty good if we had a dozen Hadens.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
he has to do everything. Cover, get turnovers, sack the quarterback. Even return kicks if Cribbs is out.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
He’s like the Cribbs of the defense.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Even the football wants us to lose. Everything hate. The browns.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Ha. Someone on WFNY said that Colt’s stache must be bad luck.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
I’m holding my McCoy shirt. Hoping it will bring some luck.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
2 completions in a row now that I’ve brought it out.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
When did Moore get put on IR?
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
this week
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Thanks.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Watson hurt. Kill me.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Shite. Now Watson.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Go figure. Colt’s main target is now out.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Only the Browns can carry 4 tight ends all year and still run out.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Shit, watson’s hurt.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
There’s literally no one left to play tight end.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Time for the Alex Smith show!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
lol that’s why I said nobody
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Joe T.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
yup. Move St. Clair to left tackle!
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
This is how we win.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Nice run!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Good save colt.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Work off the stress colt.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
The shirt is working!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
I really do like stuckey in the slot.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
That sounds dirty.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
I was gonna say TWSS, but I still can’t wrap my head around how it works.
Browns town - December 26, 2010
You would go there.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Enough with the farking laughter, Fouts
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Watson’s back!
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Thank God.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Good stuff
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
Let’s go browns!!!
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Watson leaps for the first! Hahaha!
Ever since I have held the shirt, McCoy has 1 incompletion.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
It’s like a rosary
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
The no huddle seems to be suiting us.
ahowie - December 26, 2010
It does regardless of the QB.
Maybe Daboll should spot something….
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
I wonder what our second half scoring differential is.
Browns town - December 26, 2010
Oi, that was a huge drop
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Stuckey tried to turn too fast on that one. Should’ve been caught.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Wow, we had the fewest dropped passes in the leauge.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
I HATE MY LIFE.
The shirt has failed.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Double coverage. Boo.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
K, game over
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
That’s game.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Too bad that lateral didn’t fall to us…
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Another completion for Colt.
ahowie - December 26, 2010
See you guys later. I’m out.
brownsboy14 - December 26, 2010 via mobile
This makes me a sad panda.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
Pack your bags, fellows. Season’s over.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Not until I saw some Steelers get knocked around.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
Eh, they’re not going to play hard. They know Mangini’s job was on the line today.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Learning experience for him. That’s all I can say. Really thought we had something going there on that drive.
And if Stuckey hadn’t dropped that pass just now… if, if, if…
:(
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Time to root for Cincy for their next two games so we can get a better draft pick than them.
ahowie - December 26, 2010
Who do you want?
palcal - December 26, 2010 via mobile
I haven’t looked into it too much yet, but obviously we need a WR1 and an elite pass rusher so guys like AJ Green, Julio Jones, Nick Fairley, Robert Quinn and DaQuan Bowers come to mind.

DAQUAN!!!!!!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
What a shitty end to the season this has been. Let’s hope it ends a little more positively next week.
Browns town - December 26, 2010
All if forgiven if we can beat the Steelers… (ha!)
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Onside fail was turning point.
palcal - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Dawson and McCoy should share the goat this week.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
This also sounds dirty.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
McCoy by a landslide.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
We should have held on to Quinn.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Oh, I hope you’re joking.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
he is
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Yes.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
Just making sure.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
I unfortunately agree :/.
Still think he’s the future though! This was his first truly “bad” game.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Bad Half, remember.
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
Ints aside
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
it was really bad
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
truly really bad game ;)
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Steelers win be playing to win the division next week. Ouch.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
Aren’t we lucky?
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Good news is that Colt has faced the Steelers before.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
the only positive today was ed reed catching on fire on the sideline.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
That was priceless.
Heavysoviet - December 26, 2010
Wonder whether we’ll end up with hardest schedule played? We were third -ish before facing these two.
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
Lockout could be best thing for Browns next year.
Our scabs could be as good as anybody elses.
palcal - December 26, 2010 via mobile
This is true.

The Replacements. Great movie.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
IPhone went crazy

Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
this is true
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
It’s not looking good for Mangini right now.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
forget it, he’s gone
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
If he is, Holmgren should be as well.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
yup. this wasn’t bad coaching today.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
I just want Heckert to stay. Don’t really care about him or Holmgren.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Why?
palcal - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Let the Gruden speculation continue!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Any chance of Jim Brown?
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
hehehe
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Hardly anybody in the stadium.
What fair weather fans.
palcal - December 26, 2010 via mobile
The weather is anything but fair in Cleveland.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
you’re kidding, right?
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
There’s still time for another INT!
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
I’m surprised we aren’t taking a knee here.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
We should have started taking a knee on the first drive. Might have won the game.
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
flacco stinks.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
Dead man walking
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Al Davis? You watching the Raiders?
golanbatrac - December 26, 2010
He’ll live forever, man.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
We need to find a way to get Luck.
TheDriveStillHurts - December 26, 2010
it would cost us too much. I don’t think its gonna happen.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
I highly doubt that’s going to happen. Doesn’t Carolina have the first pick? They definitely need a QB. And if they don’t get it, Cincinnati will.
It’s way too much to gamble.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Luck is not coming out .
palcal - December 26, 2010 via mobile
Wow. You think so?
emily522 - December 26, 2010
Hell, why not shoot a little higher? Brady, you really happy up there in NE?
burntorangeandbrown - December 26, 2010
This sucks, but I can’t say I’m surprised we lost. Now we move into “coaches on the hot seat” and “who do we draft?” talk. Blah.
emily522 - December 26, 2010
draft talk gets to be mind-numbing. not looking forward to it. it creeps into every thread like a foul stench.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
baltimore really “stabbed” through our defense today; and they sure “murdered” our offense. they really “killed” us.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
ha
kingcrimson2 - December 26, 2010
i c wut u did rite thar
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
there, my balding, slightly gayish reaction to this game
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Slightly?
Brownie's Year - December 26, 2010
ok full blown gayish
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
Boring second half. I’m taking a nap.
Brownie's Year - December 26, 2010
As a superlongtime Browns fans, I am tired of this. Yes, we were more competitive than last season, but this team is still not good. I give two shits about potential, moral victories, and how exciting next year’s draft can be…the lack of talent on this team is glaring.
kingcrimson2 - December 26, 2010
The rest of us love it.
TheDriveStillHurts - December 26, 2010
wow, clever retort.
kingcrimson2 - December 26, 2010
They avoided Ward somehow didn’t they? His lowest statwise game of the season?
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
Well, I’m out. I’ll be back on the threads later. Have a good rest of your Sunday, everyone!
emily522 - December 26, 2010
you too. I’m going to watch the late games. Indy at Oakland could be good.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
3 weeks ago we were discussing possible playoff scenarios; now we’re firing the coach and saying we have no talent? which is it? we all need to relax. we’ve had injuries and we’re playing good teams. good teams overcome that; we’re marginal, so we can’t yet. mangini is doing the right things, as frustrating as it has been the last few weeks. give him time to build.
Dawg Nuts - December 26, 2010
I hope that happens.
But I’m forseeing sufficient turnover oin our front 7 that improving might be a real ask.
LondonBrown - December 26, 2010
The last three games were awful. We played two bad teams and one good team and we never had a realistic shot at winning them. I never bought the playoff hype but I was expecting to win at least one of these games. This team is regressing.
BuenosAires_Dawg - December 26, 2010
THIS
I totally agree with all of this.
bross09 - December 26, 2010
POST GAME THREAD IS HERE
Chris Pokorny - December 26, 2010
the team turns the ball over 4 times including 3 INTs by the QB. a couple of questionable calls and a poorly executed onside kick (from the kicker) and this could cost the coach his job.
