Happy New Year everyone! Here's to hoping that 2010 turns out to be a much better year than 2009 was for Cleveland Browns fans.

The game this Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars is not sold out again, but the team announced that a blackout will not occur; apparently the situation has been resolved just like it has been throughout the season. We shouldn't take this for granted though, as some cities -- such as Jacksonville, Detroit, and Kansas City -- have had to suffer through blackouts.

If you're living in the Cleveland area, these are the games you will be able to see this week on CBS, FOX, and NBC:

• 1:00 PM on CBS: Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Cleveland Browns
  
  This game will be seen by a good portion of Ohio, and will be announced by Gus Johnson and Steve Tasker. If Jerome Harrison or Joshua Cribbs break some big runs, prepare for Johnson's wonderful announcing to accompany the plays.
• 4:15 PM on CBS: Baltimore Ravens vs. Oakland Raiders
• 4:15 PM on FOX: Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys
• 8:20 PM on NBC: Cincinnati Bengals vs. New York Jets

The implications for the non-Browns games above are simple. For the AFC match-ups, it is "win and in" for Baltimore and New York. For the NFC contest on FOX, the winner takes the NFC East and will have a shot at a first-round bye in the NFC.
